About Me

My name is Aisling Gowen, I am a student at Savannah College of Art and Design and I am a versatile fashion designer with skills focusing on costume design. I merge both fields seamlessly with my expertise in creativity and craftsmanship.

 

To me, fashion design isn’t just about making clothes. The art of storytelling through beautiful garments is a vision not many can accomplish, but I will always aspire to make a meaningful impact on the projects I work on, inspiring the audience to embrace their creative side.

Through my academic experience at SCAD, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with all kinds of creative minds on many projects, from conceptualizing fashion lines to the creation of costume pieces for film and stage. Each experience has grown my knowledge of the art and design world.
