Une Chanson Cassée (A Broken Song) is a fashion collection built physically in an old song book from Apt, France. Born from the juxtaposition of fragility and resilience, inspired by the experience of growing up under the pressure to perform flawlessly. This collection draws from my own memories of carefully preserving delicate porcelain dolls, mending cracks to mask imperfections—a reflection of the ways I learned to conceal personal struggles beneath a perfect facade. Through meticulously crafted garments, Une Chanson Cassée captures the tension of living between vulnerability and strength. Each piece embodies the duality of armor and art, showcasing a refined exterior that shields the inner fractures, expressing both the fear of exposure and the yearning to be truly seen.
